“I chose chiropractic care because my Auntie Brenda said it might help me. You see I have ADHD so my mom called the office and asked Why Dr. Fico and not another chiropractor? Ms. Robin was kind enough to tell mom Dr. Fico treats all aspects of the person and not just the body. So I started my adjustments and they felt cool! I loved going to see Dr. Fico. I didn’t notice anything at first but my mom says that I wasn’t as emotional as I usually get especially during frustrating times. I started to calm down a bit.
I used to eat many carbohydrates for breakfast but Dr. Fico asked me to eat more protein. The sugar in the carbs actually added to my hyperactivity. Go figure!
Now 3 months later I feel great and see Dr. Fico once a week. I have been eating dinner calmly with my mom and dad. I feel like a different person and I thank Dr. Fico and his staff for their caring, warm and understanding ways!”

When I began chiropractic care, my neck pain had gotten so bad that it interfered with everything I did. I started having neck pain when I was pregnant with my first child, over 7 years ago. I didn’t have it very often, maybe every 6 months or so. Over the years, it got a lot worse. It finally got to the point where I knew that it was something that Tylenol and a heating pad (now I know heat wasn’t good!) wouldn’t fix.
I was scheduled to have an MRI done, but couldn’t because of a prior ear surgery. Not knowing what in the world to do, my sister-in-law recommended Dr. Fico. I considered not going because the thought of getting anything adjusted made me very nervous…When Dr. Fico examined me and said that he could help, I knew that I had made the right decision.
It has been over a year and I don’t miss any of my appointments unless I have to. I don’t just get adjustments from Dr. Fico, I also get advice on how to keep myself healthy and I’ve learned to avoid things that could trigger my neck pain.
I can’t even put into words how much better I feel. Chiropractic care has changed my life. I can’t imagine taking caring of my two small children with the neck pain I was having before going to Dr. Fico. He has truly been a blessing.

"Having been examined by my family doctor, and then a number of specialists, over a period of eighteen months, the pain in my back, my right side, and lower abdomen was not getting any better. I decided to visit Dr. Fico and see what he could do. He was able to help me in the past with an injury to my neck and upper back (great results).
I was frustrated from seeing all these doctors and not getting any answers to what was causing all the pain and discomfort. Not only was Dr. Fico able to diagnose the problem but after a few visits the most severe pain and discomfort was gone. Through adjustments, electrical stimulation treatments, exercise, and some good advice on proper posture, I am well on the road to recovery.

"This past June, I was in so much pain from my neck and upper back that I could not function. I knew I needed help but really didn't want Cortisone shots or prescription drugs. "For 35 years I have been receiving chiropractic care in various places all around the USA. It has made a tremendous difference in my life as to whether I lived without pain by sitting up in a chair to sleep all night and barely being able to walk and move about the next day.
Thirteen years ago I was in a severe accident which left me with many spinal fractures and a smashed hip. As time went by, I was confined to a wheelchair and unable to continue to do my normal routine. I finally had to total hip replacement and then began the long weeks of therapy but that still did not stop the pain in the back, neck and shoulder from the fractures. Dr. Fico began adjustments to the painful areas and worked carefully around the hip replacement. In a few weeks I was moving around quite freely again and there is now little or no pain.
In addition, Linda (Nutritional Consultant) helped me start a wonderful new healthy and natural dietary plan for life. With her help I have dropped 18 lbs. in two months without sacrificing a thing but sugar. I have started an independent exercise program which I follow daily.
